****This Advance Procurement Notice is intended to advise potential bidders of Revenue-Generating Opportunities within the NPCA Conservation Areas*** The NPCA is collecting Contact information from potential bidders. This Notice will expire on February 4 at 2:00 pm. An RFP Document will be sent directly to all bidders who have contacted the NPCA Directly or through bidders and Tenders in mid-February! ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* “The NPCA is seeking third-party service operators for revenue-generating opportunities within NPCA conservation areas for the 2022 operating season. Tourism and outdoor recreation operators and food/beverage concession operators will be invited to propose service provision to conservation area visitors at Binbrook, Chippawa Creek, Long Beach, Jordan Harbour, and Ball’s Falls (food/beverage concession only) Conservation Areas.” The NPCA intends to award 3 years (2) two (1) one-year extensions agreements in whole or in parts for each service provider and location. The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority is pleased to award the following revenue-generating opportunities to the following:
1. 1962975 Ontario Ltd also known as Binbrook Wave Rental; Niagara Rowing School. The tenant will be engaged in the business of operating boat rentals and recreation programs at Binbrook Conservation Area Pavilion Three and Jordan Harbour Conservation Area.
The term of the agreement is for three (3) Years commencing on April 1st, 2022, and ending on March 31st, 2025, with the option to extend the agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
2. PT Watershports Inc also known as Funsplash Sports Park. The tenant will be engaged in the business of operating an inflatable waterpark at Binbrook Conservation Area.
The term of the agreement is for three (3) Years commencing on May 1st, 2022, and ending on April 30, 2025, with the option to extend the agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
3. Boarder Pass Canada. The tenant will be engaged in the business of operating a cable wakeboarding park and associated programs at Binbrook Conservation Area.
The term of the agreement is for three (3) Years commencing on May 1st, 2022, and ending on April 30, 2025, with the option to extend the agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods
