This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Digital Advertising Services for various advertising campaigns. (Further described in ‘Appendix D - The RFP Particulars’). 

The selected vendor will work with the NPCA Business Planning & Public Relations team to achieve the following goals:

  • Advance NPCA's brand presence and awareness with specific target audiences by creating an engaging and comprehensive digital outreach strategy
  • Create results-driven, measurable strategies to help achieve NPCA goals, specifically in support of our strategic priorities, brand and reputation advancement
  • Present and execute strategic solutions that maximize exposure for NPCA

This shall be accomplished through the vendor offering management and assistance with digital advertising needs that include but are not limited to:

  • Creating and developing a strategy for digital advertising, including influencer marketing, geotargeting and retargeting, digital display, programmatic and digital audio/video
  • Creating content and developing a strategy for social media outreach, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Presenting and revising strategies for SEO and SEM, including paid search advertising, keywords, and landing page optimization

The vendor will be expected to:

  • Monitor and manage all ongoing campaigns (digital, social, and SEO/SEM)
  • Establish meaningful and relevant performance targets for campaigns, and be able to pivot quickly if targets are not being met
  • Prepare monthly reports to show ongoing results
  • Collaborate with NPCA on the creation of digital materials and advertisements
