This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to qualified engineering firms to submit a proposal to undertake a Dam Safety Review of the Binbrook Dam located on the Binbrook Conservation Area, at 5050 Harrison Road in the City of Hamilton (further described in ‘Appendix D - The RFP Particulars’).
