Invitation to Proponents This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (“NPCA”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Four Mile Creek Rapid Geomorphic Assessment Conceptual Mitigation Plan project as further described in ‘Appendix D - The RFP Particulars’ The purpose of this RFP is to retain the services of a qualified consultant for a Rapid Geomorphic Assessment and Conceptual Mitigation Plan required by the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority along roughly five kilometers of the main channel and its headwaters of Four Mile Creek in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls. |
