This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to prospective qualified construction firms to submit proposals to construct the new Binbrook Conservation Area Comfort Station, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The Binbrook Conservation Area is located at 5050 Harrison Road, Binbrook, within the City of Hamilton.
