This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to prospective qualified contractors to submit proposals for the 12 Mile Creek Restoration Project in the Town of Pelham, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The project site is located north of Highway 20 and west of Rice Road in the Town of Pelham.
